Account & Data Deletion Request

To request deletion of your account and associated data, please contact us using any one of the methods below: When sending your request, please include the following details so we can identify your account:

• Your full name
• Registered mobile number
• Registered email address, if any
• A clear message saying: "I want to delete my account and data"

Example request:

After we receive and verify your request, we will delete or anonymize the personal data associated with your app account, including:

• Your account/profile details
• Name, phone number, and email address linked to the account
• Saved addresses, if any
• App login/account information
• Wishlist, cart, or saved account preferences, if any
• Other personal data directly connected to your app account

Some information may be retained where required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, warranty, dispute resolution, or regulatory compliance purposes.

This may include:

• Order history
• Payment records
• Invoices or bills
• Delivery records
• Warranty-related information
• Records required under applicable Indian laws

Once we receive a valid account deletion request, your account and associated personal data will be deleted within 24 hours, unless retention is legally required for certain records.

If additional verification is required, we may contact you before completing the deletion request.

After your account is deleted:

• You may no longer be able to log in to the app using the deleted account.
• You may lose access to saved addresses, account preferences, wishlist, and other account-related data.
• Completed orders, invoices, or legally required records may still be retained as explained above.
• Account deletion is permanent and may not be reversible.
